A typical box would include 2 packages of Meat, 6-10 Veggies, 1 Dozen Eggs and specialty items such as Sundried tomatoes and maple syrup. Recipes provided with each box. You can see this as a Meal Kit. Everything is from our farm !!
We are flexible, modify quantities to meet your needs.
Delivered on a biweekly basis during the winter, but you can skip as many weeks as you need to!
