How do I place an order?
Select the subscription of your choice, add it to your cart and proceed with the payment. We'll then reach out by email with all of the final details.
Will my order be recurring?
Yes, we conveniently place the order for you weekly or biweekly, depending on the time of the year. If you'd rather always receive biweekly deliveries, reach out, we can offer that too!
(Biweekly between January and June / Weekly between June and Christmas).
How do I pay for an outstanding invoice?
Every Thursday, we create the orders for the following week. You'll be receiving an order confirmation then. You can then go ahead and send us an Etransfer to : louis.stpierre94@gmail.com
Please include your invoice number in the notes.
This allows us to save a lot on credit card fees!
Will my invoice be paid for automatically with my card?
No, we do not take automatic card payments. We prefer Etransfer.
I just placed an order and haven't head back, what's next?
We will be sending an introductory email titled "Getting Ready for your First Delivery" to each new customer on Thursdays. All of the info will be in there, including your first delivery date! Don't forget to check your spam folder :)
Can I modify the quantities of certain items in my box?
We can potentially accommodate! Just send us an email and we'll see what we can do.
How do I cancel / skip weeks?
Just send us an email, we'll process it on our end! Make sure we get at least a week's notice, this is the amount of time it takes us to prepare a box.
